“Humans” is as poignant now as when written” while watching horrific world news footage of bombing the Syrian civil war, while my car was being repaired. I was appalled by the inhumanity and what appeared to be hell on earth. The other big story was the Jimmy Saville sexual abuse cases, which is “the fallen stars” reference. Looking at some of the current 2020 news it appears that we learn nothing.
